About

We support young people when a loved one is diagnosed with a life-threatening illness. Hope is not a counselling service - it's much more.

Young people aged 11-25 anywhere in the UK can access one-to-one support and take part in group discussions through our digital service. In Herefordshire, we also offer one-to-one support, trips, activities and regular youth sessions to young people from 5-25.
