Home Library is for residents of Swindon Borough who:

- Have a long term disability, which prevents them from getting into a library.

- Because of a disability, would find it difficult to carry books home.

- Are recovering from a stay in hospital or long illness at home.

- Have a carer with no spare time to visit a library for them.
