About

Hoxton Health Group was established as a charity over 20 years ago by local people in Hackney who wanted access to affordable complementary therapies for older people.

Today Hoxton Health's charitable purposes are little changed:

- to offer low-cost therapies such as massage, acupuncture, cranio-sacral therapy, osteopathy, manual lymphatic drainage and reflexology as well as toe-nail cutting for all ages

- to help older people living with pain, immobility, or anxiety

- to run specialised exercise groups that improve the health and fitness of people in their 60s, 70s, 80s and over

- to run Support Groups for people living with common health conditions, often experienced by older people

- to support more frail and house-bound over 70s, with treatments at home
