i-access Drug and Alcohol Team provide specialist assessment, support and treatment to people in Surrey who want help with their drug and/or alcohol use.

Offers:

· Assessment

· Community prescribing

· Group work programme

· Key worker support

· Advice and Information

· Active Peer led Service User Involvement Groups

· Hepatitis B testing / vaccination and Hepatitis C testing

· Naloxone/Nyxoid provision

· Needle exchange

· Ambulatory detox/home detox

· Signposting to other relevant services.

Opening times

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Catchment area

Any person aged 18 or over with a Surrey address

Referral method

Self referral system – see referral form on website.

GP referrals accepted.
