Inclusion Isle Of Wight brings together three services previously provided by the NHS, Cranstoun and Isle of Wight Council together.

Inclusion offers:

• Comprehensive drug and alcohol assessments

• Information and advice on harm reduction

• Needle exchange

• Hepatitis B and C testing and Hepatitis B vaccinations

• Care planning

• Substitute prescribing

• Clinics

• Psychosocial interventions aimed at reducing harm and facilitating change

• Specialist community alcohol detoxification

• Referral to other support services

• Support and information for families and carers affected by someone else's drug or alcohol use
