About
Just Jump provides a unique opportunity for people with special needs to experience the thrill of trampolining. Just jump is a non-profit making organisation established in 2003 in order to provide the opportunity for people with disabilities to enjoy the thrill of bouncing on a trampoline.
We provide movement and rebound therapy for those with limited physical movement, balance and motor co-ordination difficulties and anyone with muscular impairment. As well as this we provide coaching in trampoline gymnastic skills for more active or ambitious participants. In fact Just Jump can provide for any level of participation.

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Access
Full Disability Access, mobile hoist to enable access to the trampoline, various ancillary aids.

Further information
Children with Disabilities who hold a gateway card can join sessions at a reduced cost, with their siblings, thanks to funding from Southampton City Council. There are also other Hampshire Schools and Leisure Centres Just Jump now hold sessions at for these children, these are funded by Hampshire County Council and they must hold a Buzz Card.

To refer to Just Jump, please download and complete the booking form and the personal information form from the website and get in touch. All sessions are charged and there is a small yearly membership fee.
