About

KASBAH was founded by a group of parents of children with Spina Bifida and/or Hydrocephalus in 1966 with a desire to help other families in circumstances similar to their own. All of the support services are now open to any person with a physical and/or learning disabilities, including support for the parents, carers and families.

DIALThis service is volunteer led offering a wealth of advice and knowledge on all general aspects of disability, the service is run by disabled people for disabled people. A helpline is available from 11-3 Monday to Friday on 01474 536501. 1-2-1 support is available for letter writing, completing benefits forms, advice on how to overcome a problems and practical back-to-work skills.
