About

Kinmos is a community-based charity for people with lived experience of mental health. We provide activities primarily in Kings Heath and Moseley but do reach further across Birmingham. All activities provided are free of charge.

Activities are member-lead. We hold a regular music session every Monday 1pm – 3pm. Regular drop-in session Tuesdays 9.30 am – 2.30pm with varied activities from therapeutic art to fitness and more.
