Description
This is a home visiting service. Our Co-ordinator will talk to everybody in the household to help them understand the physical and psychological effects of a stroke. The Co-ordinator will also give practical advice on caring for the person at home, and put the family in touch with other organisations and local sources of support, such as carers’ groups.
