Description
If you have had a stroke or mini-stroke (also known as a Transient Ischaemic Attack or TIA), this service is here to help you. Our co-ordinator will work with you to plan realistic lifestyle changes – such as giving up smoking, taking gentle exercise, adapting your diet or reducing salt - that will help reduce the risk of another stroke and guide you to further help, advice and support.

About Stroke Association
The Stroke Association is working for a world where there are fewer strokes and all those touched by stroke get the help they need. We fund research into prevention, treatment and better methods of rehabilitation, and help stroke survivors and their families through our Life After Stroke Services.
