The Stroke Association’s Stroke Club Development Service provides an opportunity for stroke survivors and carers to set up new support groups in their locality. The coordinator in Gloucestershire works with stroke survivors locally to assist with the sustainability and development of existing groups and set up new groups in areas where there is limited support.
