Further information

We also run a Carer’s group: This group, run in partnership between the London Irish Centre and icap, is for unpaid carers. It offers the opportunity for carers to talk about their struggles and to share their experiences with people who are in a similar situation. It’s facilitated by a trained therapist. As a carer it is often difficult to find time to yourself but this group encourages you to do just that. It is important to look after yourself in order to be able to look after others so please do think about joining the group if you think it would be of benefit to you! The group runs fortnightly - every second Tuesday from 2pm to 3.30pm. It takes place in icap - 96 Moray Road, London, N4 3LA. For further details, or to enquire about joining, please phone Ciara at London Irish Centre on 020 7916 2222 or icap on 020 7272 7906.
