About

The Mendip Mallards was formed over 40 years ago as a means for people of varying ages and degrees of physical and mental ability to swim within a protected atmosphere. Since then, the group has thrived, meeting every Sunday at Strode Pool, Street, where the pool is closed to the general public between 12.30 and 1.30. Cups of tea, a good chat and a raffle greet any members who wish to socialise afterwards before wending their way home to a well deserved Sunday lunch.
