New Hope provides a range of substance misuse services under one roof. New Hope support both Young adults and adults over the age of 18 who live in Bracknell Forest. These services are aimed at people who are experiencing addition to drugs and alcohol or have recently stopped using drugs or alcohol and want to address their substance misuse.

They provide:

Aftercare support program

Blood borne virus advice and vaccination program

Counselling

Criminal justice worker

Dual diagnosis

Harm reduction

Life skills

Low level community support

Needle exchange service

Rapid prescribing

Referral into Tier 4 services (in-patient treatment)

Relapse prevention

Single point of contact for professional referrals

1:1 and group interventions

Self-referral

Opening times

Monday and Wednesday  – 09:00 – 19:00,

Tuesday and Thursday – 09:00 - 17:00,

Fridays – 09:00 – 16:30

New Hope is the first point of contact for all substance misuse services in Bracknell Forest.
