General notes

After booking in at reception you will be seen by a triage nurse who will assess the priority of your condition and ensure you are safe to wait in the department. According to your priority you will then receive a more detailed consultation from another Nurse Practitioner. We aim to see all patients as quickly as possible, however please bear in mind that waiting times will vary according to the number of patients booking in at any one time. Patients will be seen in order of priority and not necessarily in order of arrival and booking in.
