About
We are a registered charity dedicated to providing access to justice and equality in Norfolk.
Our services include:
- 15 minute free legal advice on employment, family and general law matters
- Debt advice
- Welfare benefits advice and representation at Tribunal
- Legal advice for victims of domestic abuse
- Immigration advice on residence in the UK and help with Home Office Applications
- Discrimination Advice
- Family Court Support for private child contact law matters
The advice we offer is non-discriminatory and confidential.
Opening times
9.30am-5pm Monday – Friday
Access
We are accessible by wheelchair and can provide telephone or face to face interpreters
Catchment area
We cover all local authority areas in Norfolk
Target group
We target our services at individuals and groups, particularly those who cannot afford access to justice and representation. This includes, for example, those with long term physical and/or mental ill-health, physical and sensory disabilities and/or learning difficulties, offenders, ex-offenders, migrant workers and others who are disadvantaged.
Referral method
We accept self and third party referrals - please contact us by telephone or email. The phone line can often be busy but please do leave a message as we check regularly and will get back to you.
