About

Outreach Community and Residential Services work with adults who have learning disabilities and/or mental health needs. Outreach aims to enable people to live independent lives, which we do by offering support as and when needed. The charity was originally set up as a Jewish Organisation over 30 years ago and now supports people from different ethnicity groups.

Our mission is to provide excellent services, which are person centred, to people who have a mental health need and/or a learning disability.

Opening times

9am-5pm Monday -Thursday, 9am - 2pm Friday.

Target group

Adults who have a learning disability and/or mental health need.
