Service details

The Oxfordshire C-Card scheme allows young people aged 13-24 to access free condoms. To get your C-Card, visit a registration site to sign up to the scheme. You will receive some information on safe sex and condom use from a trained professional. Then, when you need more condoms, you can take your C-Card and either re-visit a registration site or go to any issue site around the county. You don’t need to be sexually active to register for a C-Card, joining the scheme can help you prepare for safer sex, when you’re ready.
