• The Expert Patient, Looking After Me, Programme is a 6 week course specifically designed to support carers whose own health may be affected as a result of their caring situation. The course runs for 6 weeks each session lasting up to 2.5 hours and includes information giving on a variety of topics. One of the major benefits from attending the course is that carers get to meet other carers and share experiences
• many people who attend form new friendships.
