About
Richmond Carers Centre is a local charity supporting unpaid adult and young carers living in or caring for someone living in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. We offer free, confidential advice and support and also try to help carers who live in other parts of the country.
Our team of carer support workers can offer free confidential information and advice over the phone, by email or in person by appointment at the centre. The support team are able to impart all manner of information about carers rights and the support services in place locally for carers, signposting you to the correct organisation for your specific query. They can also be a source of listening support, if you just feel the need to talk to someone outside your sphere of care and get your thoughts out of your head.

The telephone support line is serviced by a 24 hour answerphone where people can leave a message and we will get back to them as soon as we can.
