Opening times

Booking appointments: We are no longer providing open access walk in clinics or vaccination drop in clinics. All appointments need to be booked. Please phone 01225 826855 8:30am–1pm, Monday to Thursday and 8:30am–12 noon on Friday. Our receptionists will take your details for our call back service for triage and Telephone Consultation. In exceptional circumstances we may need to close the phone line early and apologise for this inconvenience.

General notes

Men: please do not pass urine for at least an hour before you attend an appointment or walk-in clinic.The clinic is open to people of all ages including under 16s. You still have the same confidentiality rights as anyone else even if you are under 16.

• Testing for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea

• Diagnosis and treatment of Genital Warts and Herpes

• HIV and Syphilis testing

• Hepatitis A, B and C testing will be offered in certain circumstances

• Hepatitis A and B vaccinations for those who have been, or could be at risk

• Contraception

• Pregnancy testing and advice

• Sexual assault follow-up care

• Free condoms

• PEPSE (Post Exposure Prophylaxis following sexual exposure for HIV)

• Outpatient care for persons with HIV
