ROAR is delivered by Turning Point. The service provides structured treatments across the Rochdale and Oldham to support people living with alcohol or drug addiction.

Services are delivered both centrally and in a range of community venues and GP practices across the borough, both during the day and also in the evening. Depending on your needs there are a range of options available. ROAR use a recovery model to help people move away from addiction and with support, people are offered a choice of services which best meet their needs.
