About

Roshni Sheffield Asian Women’s Resource Centre is a city wide resource centre for South Asian women in Sheffield.

The aim of the Centre is to advance the welfare and education of Asian women in Sheffield. We Currently provide a range of activities and services including: advocacy support, training and learning opportunities, help for women seeking employment, support and mentoring for young women, support for carers, support on issues of safety and security for older women and social and recreational opportunities.

In 2012 the service has developed to support all carers, not just carers of the mentally ill, including a limited service for male carers. It is a citywide service that supports carers through the provision of practical and emotional support, carers group sessions, training, information workshops, events and activities.

Opening times

Monday to Friday: 9.30am to 3.00pm

Advocacy Drop-in: Mondays and Wednesdays - 9.30am to 12.00 noon
