RSDA exists to promote and provide sport for disabled people. We meet every Saturday morning at the The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Centre, Rugby, where we take part in a variety of sports in the main hall and in the swimming pool.
We cater both for raw beginners and for serious competitors up to paralympic level.

9am-12pm Saturday
Archery on Thursday Afternoons
Our activities have currently been suspended because of the the Covid situation, but we intend to resume them shortly. For a short period this will involve meeting at different time.
Initially we will just be doing swimming from 2 pm to 4 pm on Sunday, with pre-booking via the leisure centre being required.

Disabled access, including to pool, with disabled changing facilities.
