Do you know anyone who can’t see very well but who would like to know what is going on in the Salford area?

Salford Talking Newspaper , which is run entirely by volunteers and is over 30 years old, sends out a recording on memory stick regularly which contains articles from local newspapers; also regular magazine recordings. This service is entirely free of charge and is for anyone who can’t read the paper for themselves, a simple to use playback speaker unit for listening to the recording being lent to them.
