Service details
Provides FREE and confidential chlamydia screening for young people under 25. Testing for chlamydia is easy, you can do it yourself at home and it's completely confidential.
If you are aged 16-24 years and you live in Sheffield you can get a postal Chlamydia testing kit sent direct to your home by texting CLEAR WS, your name, address and postcode, and whether you are male or female to 80010.
Over 25s can be tested for Chlamydia and other STIs at a local sexual health clinic.
