About

SNAP is a registered charity that supports families living under Essex County Council, Thurrock or Southend who have a child or young person aged 0-25 years with any additional need or disability. They provide this via a variety of services which take place at The SNAP Centre in Brentwood, Essex.

SNAP’s aims are to inform, encourage and support parents, so that they can grow in strength and knowledge and become better equipped to give the best possible help to their children.
