Services currently offered are: Monthly Support Group – open access on First Tuesday of each month from 7 – 8.30pm (free)

Treading on Eggshells – skills based learning group following The Maudlsey Method.  Runs twice per year approx. (£60pp 6 session course)

Counselling – one to one weekly therapy sessions (£10 per session)

Concessions can be applied to all costs.
