About
Stoke-on-Trent Telecare and Lifeline Community Service is a 24/7 community alarm service for anybody living in the local area who feels vulnerable at home. Part of the provision is a Response Service for anyone who wishes to register and access to the Carers Emergency Scheme.

Target group
Telecare services are free for local residents eligible under FACS criteria, in receipt of a social care package. Lifeline services are available for anyone within the Stoke-on-Trent area not eligible at a cost of £15.46 per month
Referral method
The carer needs to have had a carers assessment from a social worker. The cared for person needs to reside in Stoke on Trent.
