Carers Hub provides general information, advice, support and signposting around your caring role if you are caring or help to look after someone with a long-term health need, disability or substance misuse. With our local knowledge of services in Brighton & Hove, we are able to point you in the right direction.

Adult Carers - Our Adult Carers team provides information, support and advocacy to adults who look after someone else, unpaid. They might be caring for a parent, partner or friend with physical or mental health needs. Alternatively it may be that the person they care for has a substance misuse problem and needs to be supported on an occasional basis.
