About

The Children's Trust is the UK’s leading charity for children with brain injury and neurodisability, delivering rehabilitation, education and community services through skilled teams who work with children and young people, and their families.

The Children’s Trust services include residential and community-based rehabilitation for children and young people with acquired brain injury; residential short breaks (respite care); care for technology-dependent children (e.g. children who require artificial ventilation); and step-down care for medically-stable children requiring a transitional placement from hospital to home. Specialist education for children and young people aged 2-19 years with complex education, health, therapy and care needs is also offered through The Children’s Trust School, with both day and residential placements available, including a dedicated early years provision through its specialist nursery, Tadworth Tots.

Opening times

Times vary by service – residential provision is year-round, 24-hours a day.
