The Listening Centre was established in 2002 to provide local, affordable and highly professional Occupational counselling and wellbeing services.  We work with a diverse and evolving range of organisations including NHS Trusts, Local Government, SME's, Emergency Services, Charities and Private Businesses. Our services include:

·         Triage Assessments

·         Counselling/CBT sessions face to face, video link and telephone (Within 7 days of referral)

·         Trauma focused therapy (ie EMDR)

·         Workplace group/joint Mediation

·         Structured Mentoring/Clinical Supervision (including mental health first aiders)

·         Post critical incident support

·         Bespoke training solutions (ie Resilience, wellbeing)

Our dedicated team of 40 Affiliate Practitioners are exceptional people who not only meet and surpass minimum Professional Standards but also have experience working with organisations to deliver short term talking therapy in the workplace. We are geographically spread throughout the West Midlands, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Worcestershire and Herefordshire, so no matter where your employee lives or works, we have the resources to get them seen where and when is most convenient for them.

We have a secure, GDPR compliant customer digital portal, enabling our customers to manage all clinical interaction with us quickly and safely. Providing  a full audit trail for each referral along with live statistical management data via your own dashboard.

Our interventions have a positive and proven impact on sickness prevention, staff morale and organisational wellbeing.  There are NO set up costs, NO minimum referral limits and a ‘PAY AS YOU USE’ model.
