Service details
Our hubs in Stevenage, St Albans and Watford are open to anyone who chooses to break free from the cycle of addiction. We provide free daytime group therapy, facilitated by counsellors with lived experience in recovery. We also support the family and carers of those caught in the grips of addiction.
You can join us ready and willing to live a life free from any addiction - substance or behavioural. Addiction doesn’t discriminate, neither do we.
Our groups have a shared commitment to abstinence. During your time here you will be supported and challenged on a daily basis to grow, develop and explore effective tools to maintain life in recovery.

Monday to Friday from 9am – 4:30pm.
