Services offered
Sexual assault referral centres offer medical, practical and emotional support to anyone who has been sexually assaulted or raped. They have specially trained pediatrician / Forensic Nurse Examiners (FNE) and support workers to care for you.
General notes

The Shores is the dedicated Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) for Dorset, providing a comprehensive service to men, women and children who have been raped or sexually assaulted.
We offer a safe and non-judgemental environment which focuses on the needs of you, the individual. All clients are treated with dignity and respect.
