About

Together Trust is a charitable organisation founded in 1870. The organisation provides education, care and support to children and young people with specific needs or disabilities including those with autism.

The Trust offers a breadth of services to support families and service users which include flexible support at home or within the local community, short breaks and week/ weekend away in either a log cabin or fully equipped and accessible caravan. The support offered is underpinned by person centred approaches and thus wraps around the needs of the service user and their family to enable fulfilled and meaningful breaks.

Opening times

Office hours are between 9am and 5pm. Services are available 24 hrs a day, although all support has to be planned.

Access

The Trust has a range of resources at its disposal, the head office based in Cheadle is accessible. For service in the community the staff investigate the appropriateness of environments to ascertain what and where can be accessed and utilised effectively. The Trust owns a fleet of accessible vehicles to transport service users to chosen destinations.

Referral method

It is possible to self refer however, where authorisation from social services is required the referral process will take this into account and be managed accordingly.
