Service details
Working in partnership with specialist housing teams and health & wellbeing services, our county-wide Complex Needs Service aims to empower individuals by achieving positive outcomes in recovery, independence, and wellbeing through personalised and tailored support. We are a free and flexible service that supports adults aged 18+ living in Hertfordshire with mental health needs and who are experiencing a range of complex issues:
• Drug/alcohol use
• Homelessness/tenancy issues
• Debt, or financial issues
• Offending behaviour
• Anti-social behaviour
• Learning disability
• Physical disability
• Domestic abuse
• Other co-existing needs.
We deliver support through a range of interventions, including 1:1 support, advice and information, drop-in surgeries, community hubs, peer led group sessions and workshops, telephone, email, and other virtual/digital support. Our goal is to achieve positive outcomes in recovery, independence, and wellbeing through a person-centred approach to support. We will agree with you how and where support is best accessed. With your agreement, and to ensure that you get the right support, we can make suitable onward referrals and signpost you to longer term support that may be beneficial to you.
