About PALS

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service, known as PALS, has been introduced to ensure that the NHS listens to patients, their relatives, carers and friends, and answers their questions and resolves their concerns as quickly as possible.

PALS also helps the NHS to improve services by listening to what matters to patients and their loved ones and making changes, when appropriate.

Information

The Customer Care Team (formerly known as the Patient Advice Liaison Service - PALS) provides a free impartial and confidential service for patients at Leighton Hospital in Crewe Victoria Infirmary in Northwich and Elmhurst Intermediate Care Centre in Winsford.

Overall the feedback we get from patients is very positive. We realise however that there may be times when we do not always get things right. On these occasions we welcome your feedback as this helps us to improve the services we provide. So if you have any problems with any aspect of your care please tell us.
