About PALS
The Patient Advice and Liaison Service, known as PALS, has been introduced to ensure that the NHS listens to patients, their relatives, carers and friends, and answers their questions and resolves their concerns as quickly as possible.
PALS also helps the NHS to improve services by listening to what matters to patients and their loved ones and making changes, when appropriate.
Information
The service is staffed between the following hours and you are welcome to drop in and speak to staff:
Monday 9am - 5pm
Tues / Weds / Thursday 9am-6pm
Friday 9am - 3pm
Outside of these hours please just leave a message on the answer phone and the team will aim to respond to you within one day
