Worcestershire Association of Carers (WAC) is an independent source of information, advice and support for the 63,000+ unpaid adult carers in Worcestershire. For carers, we provide:

- A free welcome pack , newsletter (Caring News) and regular email updates

- Regular events to meet other carers and provide a break from your caring role

- Dedicated helpline on 0300 012 4272 and website www.carersworcs.org.uk to provide advice, information and support to carers

- A free Carers' Emergency Card

- Carers Groups around the county

- Training courses and well being sessions to support carers

- Support for carer representatives on the county’s Learning Disabilities Partnership Board, sub groups and other local involvement forums.

- Carers Talk time – Free, regular telephone support for carers

Helpline open Monday to Friday 9am - 7pm Saturday 9am - 12 noon (Live chat also available during the same hours)
