About

York Carers Centre helps unpaid carers who live in York or care for someone who lives in York. Information and advice is available over the phone, at the office, in the carers own home or in another suitable place. Services include one to one support, advice about rights and benefits, groups, a Carers Emergency Card Scheme, and a specialist service for young carers aged from five years.

Monday 9am to 5pm

Tuesday 9am to 5pm

Wednesday 9am to 8pm

Thursday 9am to 5pm

Friday 9am to 4.30pm

Access

York Carers Centre's offices are in the Nursery block on the ground floor. The Nursery block is accessible and has a ramp and automatic doors. When visiting York Carers Centre please press the buzzer on the outside of the door. Disabled parking is available.
