Ingredients
- 1 small sweet potato, peeled

Preheat the oven to 200C. Slice the sweet potato into finger-sized wedges – big enough for your baby to hold in their hand with the top half poking out.
Rub the sweet potato wedges with the oil, then place on a baking tray.
Bake in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes – cook until the sweet potato is soft and starting to brown a little.
Allow to cool, remove any excess oil with kitchen paper before serving.
