Tender lamb strips recipe

- 1 lamb steak
Method
Preheat the grill on high setting. Grill the lamb for around 6 minutes on both sides until cooked through (no pink meat) and tender.
Allow the lamb to cool, then remove any fat and cut into finger-length strips.
Serve a quarter of the lamb strips as a finger food. Refrigerate any leftovers or use them in a meal or sandwich. You can freeze any remaining lamb steaks.
