Appointment on time and felt the doctor was thorough with diagnosis. Other staff at the practice friendly and helpful.

All the staff at the practice are very friendly, helpful and professional. I left my appointment feeling my concerns had been listen to, talked through, and a plan was made for treatment.

Using SystmOnline I sent a messages giving my symptoms and requested to see someone to decide if treatment was required. Within 5 minutes I received a message with an appointment the next day. The practitioner I met was extremely understanding and helpful and I left feeling reassured and thankful for the advice.

Had a check up on Saturday and raised some minor problems, saw a doctor on Monday afternoon and had a blood test on Wednesday. Even private medical care is not that efficient. Well done Patford and the NHS

My son and I attended due to an ongoing ear infection, felt pleased with the level of checks completed and the guidance provided, would happily attend this surgery again.

I went for results of blood tests for ongoing symptoms and doctor went through them and we had a discussion on how to help the symptoms. The doctor was very reassuring. If I had any further problems to go back.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and nurse was very good. It's a very quiet surgery which I like, I have been going to this surgery for a few years as my mum used to live in the village

I had a great experience at this doctors surgery. Appointment was easy to book and the doctor was only a couple of minutes late (better than most other surgeries I have attended). The guidance I received was concise and helpful. Really appreciate being able to have an in person appointment with the doctor. Thanks

Called in Thursday morning and had an appointment for the following day, unfortunately they were unable to help me with my issue but they get me referred to someone else that should be able to help. Overall, a very timely service where everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful
