Booked my appointment and was seen within 5 minutes of arriving. The doctor I saw was very pleasant and easy to talk to and listened to my problems.

I went in for my smear and the nurse was extremely professional, explaining everything about the test and also taking the time to answer any concerns I had regarding my menstrual health. I am very grateful for how she made me feel comfortable and how well things were explained and I left feeling reassured.

I went to see GP on Tuesday 22nd April to discuss blood test results. GP saw me promptly , advised me about my medication, listened to my concerns. I felt reassured after seeing GP. GP was very polite, professional and helpful

I had the pleasure of seeing a lovely dr she introduced herself, made eye contact when speaking to me, offered me help getting onto the bed. I hope she can become a permanent gp in our lovely practice. I have been with the practice for over 50 years, such lovely doctors & staff I would never go anywhere else

I was well extended to. The Nurse clearly explained the result of the blood test I had earlier and suggested the next line of action to control my blood sugar levels which included prescription of additional medication

I have been with this practice for the last 52 years and I have always been treated with respect and professional ethical standards. It was always a family surgery and I knew every doctor but now it's changed. The doctor I saw recently was very helpful and explained to me in layman's terms about my illness. I couldn't fault him for his help and kindness and I am very happy with the practice. Thank you

I have had consistently excellent experiences with this GP surgery. The reception staff are always friendly, helpful, and efficient — they go out of their way to make sure things run smoothly and appointments are booked without hassle. The GPs are professional, compassionate, and truly listen, offering clear advice and support that makes you feel cared for, not rushed. I’ve also seen the nursing team and physiotherapist, and both were outstanding. The nurses are kind, gentle, and very well organised, and the physio was incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and encouraging. Everyone I’ve encountered at this practice shows a great bedside manner and genuine concern for patients’ wellbeing. It’s clear the whole team works together to provide the best possible care. Highly recommended.
