    I had an appointment today for a health check I had been invited for as I have just turned 40. I was not made to feel intimidated or embarrassed, I was treated respectfully and with dignity. I was listened to and had everything explained to me in a way that I understood.

    Friendly and welcoming to patients, good time keeping where possible. Caring when treatment is given and time well spent when it's my own appointment spot.The treatment room is clean and spacious.

    Always receive excellent service from Doctors, Nurses and Front Desk team at Mgs Medical Practice. The online appointment system is really easy to use Staff are always quick to respond to any questions that you have

    After my recent health problems I contacted your practice and obtained a same day appointment to see our practice nurse practitioner. I felt she was very thorough and understanding of the issues I had and organised blood test to get to the core of the problem . I would also like to thank the reception staff who were very helpful and understanding. Many Thanks

    I contacted practice on 16/07/2024 was contacted by practice pharmacist by phone who said I needed face to face I said only day I could make was Thursday he said phone Wednesday morning to make appointment .I phoned and was told I'd have gorilla in another form which I did was offered appointment same day even though I'd already said I could only make Thursday I again phoned on Wednesday to be told ring back Thursday I did and was told to fill in another form I did and after again phoning was told to ring again Friday I did and was told the System was down and nothing could be sorted and to phone back Monday .I did this and was told she would have to pass it back to the doctor and would get back to me it is now 1957 and nothing it is now 7 days since I was told I needed to be seen I am so disappointed in the way I've been treated .

    Dear Patient, we have dealt with this directly with yourself. We would like to thank you for giving us the opportunity to investigate your complaint and hope you understand we did offer you appointments but you were unable to attend as you were at work. We try to be as accommodating as much as possible but there are times we can only offer you times that we have available so you would need to take time off work to attend if clinically important.

    Well I was very happy to see that the surgery has a much better way on answering the calls , very helpful lady managed to help me and was given an appointment to see the nurse as I didn't need the doctor well done Mgs

    Receptionists and admin staff have always been polite and helpful. The nurse and GP, with whom I had appointments with last week, were professional, informative and reassuring as they made time to answer my questions which helped to address my concerns. Amazing nurses best ever made me feel reassured and confident in my health conditions and wound care, always for me in and go above and beyond explaining everything to me.

    I really think they need to delect the voice message at the bigging of the phone call. You call first thing in the morning at 9am and waiting 4 minutes for a voice message you have to listen to before you can even continue to join the que, by the time all this you are no 10 or more in the line, then when you finally get through, sorry appointment have gone please ring 111, no wonder new cross is so pack.
