    Hi, My Sister and myself {who have consent of my Mothers account} have been dealing with a very delicate matter involving My Mothers well being , i spoke to a receptionist the Morning of 25th June at 12.29pm to state that an impending appointment for the following day with me and my Sister in regards to my mother be made for between 9am and 2pm as i had an engagement after that period of time. The receptionist seemed very friendly and said that shouldn't be a problem and said that shortly when the times of the appointments for following day are handed out , they would call My Sister to confirm the appointment time. Yet at around 3pm they call My Mother to confirm of appointment time for following day when we specifically we told like we wanted to go through my Sister for herself and me to attend. After ringing the surgery at 15.08pm to try and change it so that me and my sister could attend like it should have been, the person i spoke with said we couldn't change it even though it was there mistake and my sister had been speaking for weeks to surgery to sort this out. It has put us in a spot with a very delicate situation involving my Mum and are really disappointed and dissatisfied with the overall service especially considering my recent dealings with them personally had been ok. More care and attention to these details in future needs to be taken over matters like this.

    I have contacted the GP a lot recently for both myself and my children and every time I’ve called and spoken to a lovely receptionist, she has been extremely helpful, patient and overall just a really lovely person. It’s honestly a breath of fresh air to have a receptionist who is so kind, helpful and supportive. Having had a really tough few months with various health issues, having someone like her on the other end of the line has meant more to me than anyone could ever imagine. Thank you again 😊

    Excellent communication skills. Pragmatic approach to interpretation and discussion of haematology results ref. pre-diabetes and appropriate diet. Appreciate your support whilst practicing self-care in recovery (AA).

    I waited 55mins for my turn at surgery. And there was no doc at that time. Nurse had treated me instead of doc. Nurse was so nice. I was dizzey have a vertigo. She treated me well. But question is where is the Doctor?

    I was waiting fir a telephone appointment, when the dr did call it was 1.5 half ring and when i picked up the dr had hung up Dr need to understand some people dont have the phn glued to their hands and it take more then 1 ring to pick up

    I had COVID on 26 December tested negative but was so congested and felt awful. Couldn't get a phone appointment at my surgery Odfellows, the lovely lady on the phone booked me in at St Clements. I was prescribed antibiotics by the doctor on the phone. After 2 days I noticed a difference. I know how difficult it is at this time of the year and just want to say thank you for your help and consideration.

    I thought reception was very helpful and took an interest to go the extra mile where possible. Phlebotomy was an easy and simple process. The doctor was down to earth, polite and educating.
