My Dad has recently been nursed on Glynde Ward - the team were truly amazing and everyone treated both my Dad and his family with care and dignity at all times - they were brilliant

I recently received excellent care at the Conquest for a gynae procedure. All the staff were kind, caring and professional ; those on Gardner ward and the theatre staff. The doctor was very reassuring, and empathic on the day and followed this with a validating letter. The HCA was kind, with a lovely sense of humour. I really valued the empathy of the theatre sister prior to the procedure. Really great experience when the NHS is under so much pressure - thank you all

Despite an obviously busy time, all the staff in A&E and Eastdene Ward treated mum and I with care and patience. We are grateful for the positive and attentive attitude, clear communication and support shown during her stay. Thank you

I was scheduled for a procedure at short notice at the Conquest Hospital Hastings which involved a pre-assessment at DGH Eastbourne two days before. I was duly admitted as a day patient for the procedure at the Conquest hospital. Everyone who I came into contact with that day, and at the pre-assessment made me feel well looked after and confident. They were all efficient, friendly and kind and the whole thing went like clockwork. The procedure has been a success. Thank you.

The Trust works hard to provide a high standard of care to all patients and despite the enormous pressures faced by our ED's with ever-increasing volumes of patients seeking treatment, we are delighted to read you had a positive experience in spite of the ED being very busy when you attended. The nursing, surgical and support staff on the Surgical Assessment unit of the Conquest Hospital looked after my husband with kindness, care, efficiency and professionalism. We both had confidence and trust allaying anxiety and worry. We can not thank them enough.
