Fantastic nurses, doctors and health care assistants's as always. Got taken in by ambulance last night who were fantastic were with me within 10 mins. Service in A&E great even though they are very stretched, always service with a smile. Transferred to ward at 2am & had a bed in the treatment room as so bust (I didn't care I was happy to have a bed) great service on the ward & well looked after. Thank you all so much

Visited Malvern Hospital Minor Injuries Unit following accident. Deep cut to finger joint. Service beginning to end was professional, thorough and fast. Could not fault it!

Had ultra sound at Alexandra hospital. Staff great, even apologising for short wait, which was much less than expected. Friendly but professional. Reassuring about reason for scan and also results. Great people

I visited the minor injuries unit at the Alexander hospital Redditch today after a fall on Friday. Reception, nurse, doctor and radiologist were all kind , caring and professional. Very impressed by the whole service.

Concerned that my 10year old had fractured his wrist. We were prepared for a wait but needn’t have. Excellent service, everyone introduced themselves by name and role and everyone addressed my son directly. Prompt assessment, X-ray and review. Incredibly impressed. Well done team xx

I understand that the waiting lists are long and staff are under extreme pressure, but I have been trying for weeks to contact ENT by telephone for the answer to a very simple yes/no enquiry in relation to the referral made by my GP. When I call the phone either rings 20 or so times then cuts out, or very occasionally the number is engaged. Is there no other way to make a referral enquiry (i.e. by email) other than dialling this blasted number (01905 733935) between 8am & 4pm Monday to Friday?

Went through AnE, was there around 4 hours all told and had thorough investigations and treatment done (bloods, x rays, iv antibiotics, ECG) Staff were fantastic and so supportive. Next day I was seen on surgical decisions unit and admitted. Again, seamless experience with attentive staff and quick process. Was admitted to ward where I had a stay of 6 nights throughout which I was looked after, treated with dignity and respect and kept fully informed throughout. You hear horror stories about hours and hours waiting to be seen and for beds. I had none of that experience. I genuinely can't fault a thing from a patients point of view. Amazing service xxx

I attended with my husband who was having a procedure. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I used the canteen and bathroom both spotless. Well done to all the hard working staff.

I have had two separate minor surgery procedures at The Alexandra Hospital in Redditch and on both occasions they were faultless. The reception and nursing staff were friendly, polite and extremely efficient. The consultant carried out the procedure very professionally and everything that was done was explained thoroughly beforehand. I was also made to feel as comfortable as possible throughout the procedure. I also had a different procedure carried out three months earlier, in October 2022, and I had the same overall experience then. So, thank you all at The Alex Hospital.

I would like to thank the whole team from reception, nurses and doctors for the treatment, help and support I received during my visit to a&e , everyone was very professional, caring ,reassuring and polite, especially at this time because of pressures they are all under , I could not have asked for more from the whole department.
