Really disappointed! I've lost two days of my holiday to make that appointment and it was cancelled twice. Today they catched me on my way to clinic! The phone call was 15 minutes before my appointment should be started. It is ridiculous and completely not fair.

It is a very clean and comfortable waiting area, but even though it is very daunting (Cataract Op), you do not have to wait to long,it is over before you know it; the ladies on the help line are lovely and very helpful; I have got to have my other cataract done, even though I am nervous, I do feel happier that I am confident that I am in safe hands,it is a very smooth,efficient well run Clinic,I would recommend it

From referral to operation the staff were friendly and considerate yet always professional. I've had both eyes operated on here and standards were excellent both times. I would definitely recommend CHEC.

Had a cataract op yesterday. So speedy and efficient service. All the staff were very kind and caring. The op was quick and straightforward. I highly recommend going here for this procedure. Thanks so much

I attended the clinic for a colonoscopy. I was very concerned about what it would be like, but from the moment I arrived I was put at ease. I cannot praise the staff who looked after me too highly.

I would definitely recommend CHEC 100% to friends and family. I couldn't be happier! The whole process right through from the beginning from the speed of my referral has been excellent. The service is 100% fabulous. The staff are friendly and professional. Everybody has been sublime. The facilities are very clean. I have had post-operative checks-ups - I am happy with the service provided by CHEC. I know what I am talking about, I have been a ward sister for 30 years at Queens.

I was very anxious about having an endoscopy procedure, but everyone involved in my care was so friendly, welcoming and caring. I was given all the information I needed and they took great care of me throughout the procedure. They treated me with dignity and respect, making an unpleasant experience as comfortable as possible. I would like to thank all the staff for the wonderful service I received.

The service was wonderful, the staff made me feel so comfortable in what could have been a stressful procedure, from the Endoscopist to the Nurses, they made me feel like I had known them for years, I couldn't fault it. Having been in other clinical environments this was much more relaxed.
