The staff were professional and the clinic was clean. The surgery was absolutely fine, for what was done it was pretty painless.

I found the whole experience a little daunting it was like being on a conveyor belt, however I’m pleased that my surgery has been done. The staff were friendly and the clinic was nice and clean.

I must say I was taken aback by the CHEC Watford clinic, everything was so efficient, staff all so helpful, appointments always on time, I was really blown away by it all. I was extremely impressed and thought it was just marvellous. I am so pleased and happy with the outcome of my surgery.

Always clean, very helpful and friendly, efficient Excellent service, staff very attentive, nice and clean, couldn't fault. All very friendly and helpful, kept informed about what was happening. Office staff always helpful.

I would recommend CHEC very much. My eyesight has been restored considerably. I'm really, really impressed. I asked to get my eyes sorted out and was seen very quickly. I managed to get a cancellation the following day. My brother would like to attend CHEC - I'm so impressed. Thank you. It's been brilliant

Referral was quick - staff friendly but over worked - staff were lovely. Sitting in an environment could be more user friendly, for example a television, as I had a long wait.

Overall was all good, apart from one thing, the surgeon did not talk to me, did not advise if it was a success, felt that this could be something that could be improved upon, staff were friendly and helpful, place looked clean

I attended my appointments at CHEC Watford. The clinic was good, the staff were alright. my only issue was the clinical helpline, its not very clear what numbers to press for areas if you don't know what area you come under. When you get through finally no one answers the phone.

Fantastic service from start to finish. No question was left unanswered Reception couldn't have been more welcoming. Everyone was helpful and everything was dealt with in a timely manner.
